As our newly revamped vans hit the road across Tameside and Glossop, we now have a smoother system for swifter furniture collections.

If you’re looking to donate your pre-loved quality furniture, you can contact Paul King, Warehouse and Logistics Manager, and his team directly.

You can take photographs of the item(s) you wish to donate and send them via WhatsApp to 07549 275158 with your name and address including postcode, as well as a description of the item(s).

If you don’t have WhatsApp, you can submit your photographs by filling out the simple form below on this page. 

For those unable to send photographs, you can call 0161 669 4849 to speak to the team to arrange collection.

It’s essential that we have as much information as possible about the donation because we cannot accept everything and we do not wish to waste anybody’s time in turning up to pick up an item that we would be unable to accept.

Before requesting a collection, please check that:

• All of the items of furniture are in good condition, clean and complete – not torn or broken
• All individual items of upholstered/soft furniture have a fire label attached
• Any electrical goods that we are able to accept are in working order with no damaged wiring – check the list of items that we can accept here

Unfortunately, due to waste restrictions and health & safety reasons, we are unable to collect:

• Any large items that are damaged, broken or unsafe
• Anything that does not conform to Trading Standards
• Any upholstered/soft furniture items that do not have a fire label attached
