The focus of our Wellbeing service is on providing physical, emotional and psychological support to adults aged 18 years and over, who are living with a life-limiting illness in the last 12 months of their life.
Guided by experienced healthcare professionals, including nurses and complementary therapists, we offer personalised one to-one and group sessions designed to help patients live as well as possible, for as long as possible.
Our team work together with patients through a person-centred, holistic approach we identify person-specific goals helping people towards achieving their individual aspirations.
By listening we can also guide patients and their carers to access other services, both at the Hospice and the wider community.
