Advance care planning conversations can be some of the most important discussions healthcare professionals have with patients and their families. They can also be some of the most challenging.
Our interactive workshop is designed to help adult healthcare professionals develop the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to support meaningful conversations about future care wishes, personal values, beliefs and spirituality.
Through expert-led learning and discussion, you will explore how advance care planning and spiritual care work together to ensure truly person-centred care. The workshop provides a safe and supportive environment to develop communication skills, share experiences and learn practical approaches that can be applied in everyday practice.
This workshop is suitable for adult healthcare professionals working across a range of settings, including:

Time: 9am to 4pm
