Your help is needed!

In order for us to continue to provide the very best of loving care, suited to the ever-changing needs of our community we need to do some research.To that end we are asking for your help!

Nicola Dobson, our family support services lead, has put together a needs assessment questionnaire, to help shape our future services and we would like as many people as possible in our community to complete this.It really is important for us to get as much feedback as possible, and we would be very grateful for your input whether you have any experience of Willow Wood or not.

It will only take a few minutes to complete and as a thank you for doing so the completed questionnaires will be put into a draw, with one lucky winner receiving a £50 Amazon voucher.
